First, you should clear out clutter without emptying out the rooms. A room looks more spacious when it has little
furniture yet you do not want it empty. Buyers get a better visual when a room has some furniture. Make sure all permits
and CO's are all in order. This will expadite the sale. Finally, paint rooms and fix all rails faucets and little
things that wont cost you lots of money. My staff and I will make recomendation upon the inspection of your property.
If closet or bedroom doors don't close easily, leave them ajar when showing the house so people won't struggle with them.
Put
clothes and papers away, leaving counter space free of odds and ends. Clutter is unappealing to potential buyers.
